We want you to be completely satisfied with your Naked Wardrobe purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit on all eligible items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and liners still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  After our warehouse team inspects and processes your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email for the value of your return.
